Heat resistant self adhesive PTFE coated fiberglass tape
PTFE coated fiberglass fabric with pressure sensitive silicone adhesive tapes provide superior release properties and non-stick surfaces to allow machinery and equipment to run smoothly and efficiently.
Properties:
- good temperature resistance, 24 hours working temperature -60~300°C
- low coefficient of friction and dielectric constant, good insulating ability
- non stick, easy to clear stains and adhesives on the surface
- good chemical resistance, it can resist all most of chemical medicines, acids, alkalis, and salt, it is fireproof, lower in aging
Application:
1.It can be used in hot sealing and cutting machine of food or drug plastic packaging industry and high speed thermal sealing machine.
2.It can be used on the surface of many kinds of machines such as laminating machine drying cylinder, guided roller,paper machine drying cylinder to prevent sticking.
3.It can be used on the face of many tools to prevent sticking to others and dyed or to reduce friction
